Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ExitLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ExitLedger is a portfolio tracking and exit-planning tool. It lets you record assets, set sell targets, and receive alerts. ExitLedger does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to your exchange or wallet accounts.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in ExitLedger constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices, projections, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 18 years old.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the platform, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.

6. Availability & data accuracy

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Email alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon as your sole trading signal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExitLedger shall not be liable for any losses — including investment losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
